Maruti Kizashi fails to attract Chinese Auto Market

2nd February 2011 is a big day for Maruti Suzuki India Ltd, as this is the day which will mark company's debut in luxury car segment.
The car, Maruti Kizashi that would launch this day is already the talk of town with its impressive features and admirable looks at decent pricing. The luxury car is to gun likes of Toyota Corolla Altis, Skoda Laura and Honda Civic in Indian Auto market. The buyers are looking forward for a value for money car from company's stable as it is know for delivering it since ages.
But adding to the company's concern, the beautiful luxury has not been able to lure the neighbours that well. A total of 15,000 units of Suzuki Kizashi (Maruti Kizashi) have been sold in China since the day of launch. The company has started offering discounts on the car which shows that Suzuki is marking loss with the product already. Owing to the lucrative offerings offered by Suzuki on Suzuki Kizashi (Maruti Kizashi) the car will cost as low as $28,877 to $22,791.

The performance of the upcoming car, Maruti Kizashi will soon be clear in Indian auto market as the launch is on the door waiting to hit the Indian roads. As per the industry experts the car is expected to mark good sales in India with the excellent features and proper pricing of the car. Moreover the brand name Maruti will help in increasing the car's popularity. Maruti in India is known for bringing worthwhile cars and now entering the luxury car segment, the brand will be able to cater larger segment of customers.
