Renault Pavilion at Auto Expo
Auto Expo 2010 was the biggest Indian auto fair and auto companies had come up with their best show. Renault, French Carmaker had set his pavilion at Lake Hangar of Pragati Maidan enlightened with the display of car models from its portfolio. The pavilion was catching the crowd with the carmodels at the rotating dais, gorgeous models posing for the cars and attractive lighting. Renault’s reception was providing information to the viewers and media in form of brochures and press release. The company’s representatives were present to entertain the viewers and answer their queries. The pavilion was dazzled with the launch of Renault Fluence, Laguna, Logan, Twizy, Koleos, Megane, and F1.
Renault Fluence will be available with a wide range of thrifty engines which are all a pleasure to drive. The car is available in two petrol engines and each is available in two versions. The car is powered by 1.6L, 16V which delivers the power of 110BHP and is available with automatic transmission or manual gearbox. The other engine is 2.0L, 16V which has capacity to deliver 140BHP and is available with continuously variable transmission(CVT) or manual gearbox. The smooth silhouette plays host to the luxurious passenger compartment and provides full comfort with style. The car has an innovative card system which offers hand free start-up, opening and closing the doors. This car will mark Renault’s independent entry to the sedan segment in India.
Another model Renault Laguna Coupe, a premium sedan model was a thrill amongst the visitors. This car could be imported to India via completely build unit (CBU). This car will compete with the likes of Toyota Camry, Honda Accord and Volkswagen Passat in international markets. The car has come with the features of super fold system, rear bench seat.
The other car which caught the crowd towards Renault’s pavilion was Renault Megane, the unique copper red coloured car. The car has come up with stunning interiors dine in grey. After its Logan its entry level sedan car, Megane will be the second offering to India.
Other car from Renault that astonished the visitors was the Koleos which was shining in dark black. The SUV will soon be seen on the Indian roads to give competition to the other SUV models. Going along with the eco theme of Auto Expo Renault had unveiled Twizy concept. The car had a unique look which was undoubtedly making it a star of the Renault Pavilion
