1. Yogurt (calcium) Burns Fat Have yogurt everyday as it is a storehouse of calcium, and also helps you burn fat

2. Your keyboard has germs! Clean looking computers, phones, and desks can have numerous germs on them. Wash hands well before eating if u have touched these surfaces
